We carried out this fit out project for Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) in Dublin. IMR aims to improve productivity, efficiency and sustainability positioning Ireland to achieve global leadership in advanced manufacturing through applied relevant research.

Our consultants were tasked with creating an office environment that would help IMR’s staff to achieve these goals through creating collaborative task and meeting areas that fosters innovation and creativity, and also to focus on improving quality of performance and health and wellness which are part of IMR’s approach as an organisation. IMR also wanted their equipment to be ethically and sustainably produced.

Our own goals on this project were to create a number of unique meeting areas that would allow staff to have more creative meeting sessions and that encouraged movement to improve thought processes and engagement levels. The project was delivered in 8 weeks and we were informed by the client that we achieved their goals as well as our own company’s goals.
