A US multinational conglomerate with revenues of over $65 Billion and 200,000 employees worldwide.

The Brief

The Research Centre envisioned by the client was going to be an environment where staff are working with cutting edge technology and that would help boost employee innovation and group collaboration. The intention was to create a Research Centre that would help staff flourish helping the client to advance their position as a leader in their field and to continue to innovate in the key markets that they operate in. In order to do this careful consideration needed to be given to the interaction between the staff, the space they work in and the equipment they use daily. The client wanted a full loose furniture fit-out, consisting of all open plan sit-stand desking, ergonomic task chairs, seating, storage, meeting rooms, breakout furniture and accessories.

The Client chose our high quality Scandinavian Sit Stand desks in white and our popular HAG Futu Mesh chairs in black for the task areas. In the meeting rooms the Client chose the HAG SoFi Mesh chairs in grey. The HAG Capisco Puls Sit Stand chair was selected together with Sit Stand meeting tables with a curved front. These were selected to create a environment where innovative and collaborative meetings and brainstorming sessions can take place.

The Program 

The project was to be delivered in 4 weeks. The installation was carried out by KOS Workspace’s own internal installation team. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
